Chinee Nail Beauty Co., Ltd. supplies nail products and related accessories for distributors, wholesalers, salons, retailers, and other international business customers. Our ordering process is designed to make product selection, customization, payment, production, packaging, and delivery clear for every project.

1. Inquiry and Product Selection

Send us your product list, target quantities, destination country, and purchasing requirements. You may request information about false nails, press-on nails, nail tips, nail gel, nail polish, acrylic powder, monomer, nail glue, nail lamps, nail drill machines, nail brushes, files, buffers, clippers, cutters, stamping tools, foils, stickers, and other nail tools or decorations. We can also review requirements for selected wiring accessories, nylon cable ties, and stainless steel cable ties.

For accurate evaluation, please provide product references, photographs, dimensions, materials, colors, finishes, packaging preferences, and any applicable labeling or barcode requirements. If you need a customized product, artwork, private-label packaging, or a combination of several items, include these details in your inquiry.

2. Customization and Quotation

After reviewing your requirements, we will confirm the available product options and the details needed for quotation. Pricing may depend on product specifications, materials, colors, decoration, packaging, order quantity, customization level, and shipping destination.

For customized nail products and packaging, please provide clear artwork or design files whenever possible. Our quotation will be prepared according to the confirmed order details and may include product pricing, packaging costs, tooling or sampling requirements where applicable, and available shipping options.

3. Order Confirmation

Before production or order processing begins, both parties should confirm the product specifications, quantities, colors, sizes, designs, packaging, labels, shipping marks, and delivery information. Any approved samples, artwork, specifications, or order documents should be kept as the reference for the order.

We will provide the relevant order confirmation or commercial document for your review. Please check all product and shipping information carefully and notify us of any required changes before confirmation.

4. Payment Terms

Payment arrangements are confirmed according to the product type, customization requirements, order value, and cooperation details. The applicable payment method, payment schedule, currency, and banking information will be stated in the confirmed quotation or order documents.

Depending on the product and project, photographs, sample information, or progress updates may be shared for communication and confirmation. Any special inspection requirements should be discussed before the order is finalized.

6. Packing and Delivery

Products will be packed according to the agreed product characteristics, packaging requirements, and transportation needs. Individual packaging, inner cartons, master cartons, labels, and shipping marks can be discussed according to the order.

Shipping arrangements depend on the order volume, product requirements, destination, delivery schedule, and available logistics services. We can discuss suitable transportation options and provide the relevant shipping information after the order details are confirmed.
