Quality Control

At Chinee Nail Beauty Co., Ltd., quality control is integrated into every stage of production and order fulfillment. We apply clear inspection procedures to support consistent performance, appearance, and packaging across our nail beauty products, including false nails, nail tips, nail gel, acrylic powder, nail tools, nail lamps, nail drill machines, and related accessories. Our quality approach also covers nylon cable ties, stainless steel cable ties, and wiring accessories according to the relevant product specifications.

1. Incoming Material Inspection

Materials, components, and packaging supplies are reviewed before they enter production. Inspection requirements are determined by the product type and approved specifications, with attention to material condition, dimensions, color, surface quality, and functional characteristics.

• Resins, powders, gels, monomers, adhesives, and other nail product materials are checked for identification, packaging condition, and specification conformity.
• Nail tips, false nails, brushes, files, buffers, clippers, cutters, and other tools are reviewed for appearance, size, structure, and workmanship.
• Electrical and mechanical components used in nail lamps and drill machines are checked according to applicable product requirements.
• Plastic or metal materials for cable ties and wiring accessories are assessed for visual quality, dimensions, and intended application requirements.

2. In-Process Quality Control

Quality checks are performed during production to identify process variations at an early stage. Production teams follow defined work instructions and internal inspection standards appropriate to each product, including color matching, molding, printing, assembly, curing, surface treatment, and other relevant operations.

• Visual consistency and workmanship are monitored during the production of nail art decorations, foil, stickers, stamping tools, and press-on nails.
• Application-related characteristics such as adhesion, curing behavior, surface finish, and product consistency are reviewed for applicable gels, polishes, primers, dehydrators, glues, and acrylic systems.
• Dimensions, cutting quality, flexibility, fastening performance, and assembly condition are checked for cable ties and wiring accessories.
• Process findings are recorded and communicated to the responsible team for timely adjustment when necessary.

3. Finished Product Inspection

Before products are released for packing, finished goods are inspected against approved samples, product specifications, and customer requirements. The inspection scope may include appearance, dimensions, quantity, function, labeling, and overall workmanship.

• Nail products are checked for color, shape, size, surface finish, cleanliness, curing condition, and visual defects.
• Nail tools and equipment are reviewed for assembly, operation, durability-related features, and safe handling requirements appropriate to the product.
• Packaging units and accessories are verified to ensure that the correct items, colors, sizes, and quantities are included.
• Cable ties and related wiring products are examined for dimensions, locking or fastening performance, material appearance, and specification conformity.

4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check

Packaging is checked to help protect products during handling, transportation, and storage. Before shipment, the order is reviewed against the confirmed specifications, including product model, color, size, quantity, carton marks, labels, and packing instructions.

Our pre-shipment review also considers carton condition, inner protection, barcode or label accuracy where applicable, and the consistency between the packed goods and the shipping documents. Customer-specific packaging and inspection requirements can be incorporated when agreed in advance.

5. Quality Feedback and Continuous Improvement

Quality information from production, inspection, customers, and logistics is reviewed to support corrective action and process improvement. When an issue is identified, the relevant team evaluates the cause, separates affected products when necessary, and defines appropriate follow-up actions based on the nature of the problem.
